No matter how much something appears so awkward; what you have to consider is moving forward. Life holds destressing attributes so as the unexpected routes that you are forced to move along with.

How can you declare your peace?

This may sound strange but what  springs up you to move forward happily without anything disrupting; that is by giving yourself complete focus and dedication to what to you will be doing; simply making sure that it pleases the One who created you.

Calm yourself in every way not forgetting that someone needs to see you succeed in order for them to be motivated to move on.

As soon as you pin this objective; then you have DECLARED YOUR PEACE.
